NUTRITION PHILOSOPHY

We should not consider healthy eating as starvation and avoidance. TCM is clear on this: when we sit at the table it must be a pleasure and not an oppressive feeling where we have to count calories and think about what we “must not” eat. Instead, I will teach you to focus and find pleasure in food by  giving you the right tools to control cravings. I will also give you healthier substitutes to the unhealthy food, but still delicious and enjoyable. 

WHY IS INDIVIDUAL APPROACH SO IMPORTANT?

We have trillions of bacteria in our gut and this flora differs hugely from one person to another. These bacteria have a strong impact on your weight, health and also mood. In addition, I focus on TCM technique and TCM herbs to rebalance the energies in your body.
